Are you satisfied with our BISES' marking system?

Last year,10 of my friends filed for rechecking of board papers and 9 of them got an increment in their marks,one of them had as high as 31 marks improved.And according to Board policy,they only let you see whether there's any counting mistake or any answer gone unchecked.What to do in such a situation?

About the board marking system, I have heard different stories, like. Agar examiner ka mood acha hoga tu achi marking ho gee etc etc.. So, even rechecking doesn't matter sometimes. Paper du aur jae-namaz per beth jao kay achay marks ayen, more than you want :D

hahahahahaha, Ive even heard a story saying "Examiner Charpai daal ker chat (Rooftop) say papers phainkta hai, jo ooper giray pas jo neechay giray fail :p"

Well I am not at all satisfied with our marking system. You can appeal to get your paper rechecked but remember that they hardly admit their mistakes. Still it is better than doing nothing so I think there is no harm in getting your papers rechecked.

actually I'm worried on the part of students who can't afford Re-checking fee.They can take the risk,but just imagine how hard it might be for them.

I've never experienced a drastic difference in results due to mis-checks, neither have I listened to a story suggesting that some serious injustice was exposed in a recheck. So I'd say its just something random that can happen to anyone, so getting the papers rechecked is a facilitation provided for the students who have any doubts about their results, which I think are rare.
Atleast I never got any of my papers rechecked, ever.
