Yeah it a great loss to our education , to our industries , to our economy , and also think that what will be the influence of these kind of holidays on our kids nothing but they're getting lazy day by day , we all agree that our environment matters a lot so if this will be our environment where everyother day we celeberate a holiday then i don't think that our kids & youth will become active in the future , this is an indication to the decline of our country and economy , i don't really support these holidays , this is not how the country develops , the only key to development is hard work and thats not what we're doing !

There's no reason for the holiday.Political parties use these kind of occasions as a source of creating sympathy in the public.South African's celebrate the birthday of Nelson Mandela by working even harder on that day.While we people look for opportunities to enjoy.This is because none of us thinks ahead of earning bread for family.One day off and the people are still in bed at 12 p.m.

it is really a big waste of tym ,firstly pak is a under developing country and we have to work alot...such unwanted useless holidays are nthing jst a big lose of our nation...and sympathy and grief is inside on heart ..and its not a way of showing grief...totally useless..

There's certainly no need for such a pointless holiday. I mean COME ON! One day off for this Bhutto, one for Rehman Malik, one for Firdous Awan, two for Zardari... that'll be like a week off! Totally ridiculous :/
Waisay so many holidays do sound good lol :p

But on a more serious note, there's certainly no need for such a 'national holiday'.

Yes it was totally unnecessary. People die everywhere but if you really wanna do something for them then give big donation in their name instead of public holiday. We all know how our politicians must have spend this day sleeping peacefully at their home. I really dont get the concept of giving respect to someone by not working. I wanna boycott all such holidays

I so hated it. Only because of this holiday my exam got delayed for a whole week when i had prepared for it :@ Besides its absurd to declare National Holidays over such incidents.
