How to get your research paper published in Pakistan?

Seriously, I do not know but you may need to consult your research adviser on that because the faculty (especially the ones who want to be promoted) need to have their researches published in a journal as plus points. If you still don't know, ask the librarian because he may get to refer you to journals published in your country. But the adviser is the best source for that, especially if he himself is studying for his master's or PhD, his thesis is almost always a project of the institute he belongs to, and that almost always is automatically submitted to the journal publishers, or to conventions/conferences.

I think HEC is the authority which approves and disapprove the papers. There is one more way in which you have to browse through the website of different universities and see the latest call for paper according to your topic. But the success probability is low in it. Because you don't get 100% result every time.
