If you want to ask someone for some money for sometime, How are you gonna do it??

Here's a scenario:
Person A needs an amount of Rs. 70,000 for approx a month or less. Now A has a lot of friends which are quite close to him, but there has not been any financial exchange between him and anyone of them ever before.
Since he doesn't know who would be able to lend him the money so he needs to ask three of his one by one as to who can give the money. Lets suppose one of them is C and A thinks C has money but obviously needs to be asked.
If you were Person A and C is a close friend and a colleague.
Please explain how are you going to ask for the money.
Note:
1)A and C live in the same city
2)The transfer has to take place via ATM

in other words... close frend se paise laine main kia masla.. han! agar paise ziyada hon uss ke liye phir mamla alag hai.

I think A should meet C.. Discuss his problems and tell him that he needs money but have no idea where to get it from. He don't need to ask him directly.. If C is really his close friend then he will offer him money himself
Try same thing with other two best friends as well

Say 2 rakat salatul hajat ie nimaz for urgent help from Allah and make dua and then make mushwara with ur parentsr or family /closet relative. inshallah u will find the way to solution.

Face to face talks can help but the person A has to make sure that the person C is a close n understanding friend, Just direct tell him the whole prb, they can also do this deal with a written signed document in presence of few people, see you never know when people change their words. Unfortunately, money is something which can ruin any relationship so one shud be careful.

Interesting question :
I'd say A should meet or talk to C and ask him and if he agrees should finalize the timeline of return. and thats it.
