Faysal Bank & Standard Chartered Bank on.line services are much better than other banks operating in Pakistan.

Bank al habib is also good. They also introduced Qmatic services too http://www.stech.com.pk/solutions/queue-management/

I have Bank account in Meezan, HBL, SCB and Askari Bank. I have used all banks online banking services but Askari Bank i-net services is best.

I have good experience as a International Client with SCB, i love their online banking system and worldwide transaction level.
But as a Pakistani, I have native experience with Meezan banking, (ATM probably down for cash recharge :/), UBL internet banking and their WIZ service is another hit products to vote up in this line.

do not say meezan full of rush and conjusted for one online need 2 hours max lol long lines n system slow ty meezan bank :p bank al habib giving many free services like faysal bank but in ubl many charges for evry transaction well.
