Do we need to register our vote? isn't it just that we go to poling station on the election day, and give our vote?

Without vote registration no one can vote in election.

Anyone can get his or her vote registered at any given time. To get one's vote registered, one must be of age 18 or above and have NIC card issued by the NADRA. The process is essentially simple but require some commitment.

Step1: Collect a form from the Assistant Election commissioner/Registration Officer of your area.

Step 2: Fill the form.

Step 3: Return the form to the Assistant Election commissioner/Registration Officer of your area.

when there is voting, ppl come house to house to give the forms and collect them in a day or 2 in which u have to fill it with ur name & stuff and attach ur NIC copy with it ... !

First type your CNIC no and send it to 8300 and you will get a message that where is your polling station or other details of casting vote. and if it says something else then go to Chairman office of your area. hurry up just one day left to vote
