entry jobs in pak depends mostly on pawas i.e reference. youll find a hard time getting a job in pak anyway. i dont think the private sector takes care of PEC recognition. if you wanna do job in pak better do your studies here. a china degree, or any degree for that matter, wont give you any advantage. i second nabeha that if the recruitment procedure is merit based then your interview counts but such firms arent many and those who are mostly focus on the best known universities in pak to give the interview calls to i.e giki, nust etc...
let me show you another option...
1) how much does it cost for a degree in china.
i'm in germany, a four years bachelors degree here will cost you at most 7000 euro a year. you can earn part of it with part time jobs. plus if you live in an area which is cheaper you might be able to support yourself almost entirely. there are a few english based programs (i dont know if mechanical is in there). but even if it isnt then a german language course would be required which would take atleast one year. youll have to pass the german equivalent of FSc exam also. but that being said, there is a huge demand for engineers in germany.
so back to the main question.... why china!! one thing which i know from the chinese here is that bachelors education in china is expensive for the chinese but for some reason, govt subsidizes it for foreigners. forget about finding a job in china, there are already enough chinese. the chinese do masters abroad just to have an edge over their countrymen, they say chinese language proficiency would be required to work in china plus it is not clear whether a chinese nationality would be required for that.
it is better not to get into non PEC recognized degree if you wanna work in pak, you never know what might happen... lets say there comes a new rule that all engineering job candidates must be PEC compliant, then what would you do. dont take the risk i would say.
