How can i get my driving license without any learner?

Talking in context of the Islamabad Traffic Police, getting a drivers' license without a Learner is nearly impossible. You do need a Learners' License, and getting that made takes only a day. Once you have your Learner, it's only a matter of 3 months or so till you get your real Driving License (only after you pass the test).

I like to believe, & I've seen it so far that the ITP is a corruption-free department. They don't allow for such illegal stuff to take place... And I'm kinda happy about it, I'm glad we have at least one strong, fair institution in the country.

You can, however, give the test on your own vehicle to suit your requirements.

i dnt understand why we people always prefer any 2nd and illegal way of getting the proper things...its better to get thuru proper channel so we can experience and learn more...!!!!

Of course you can.

Simply, bring your previous (expired or about to expire) driving license and get a new one issued. Its called renewal of license and is completely legal. Now the only thing that makes me sad is that none of the above posts mentioned any legal way of obtaining a driving license, only stating how much possible or impossible it is to obtain a driving license illegally. Such a shameful state of affairs in a country that claims to be a proponent of Islam.
