How much does an international text cost in Pakistan? Also, is there a package for international texting?

Hey Jawab.Pk gang!

I just wanted to know how much one text could be...i know its around 5 Rupees right? Or is this more??

Its for my friends who is going to Islamabad from here....what company should they get for the best international package??
