Is Msc CS equivalent to BSCS? What is the job scope for Msc CS?

I have done Bsc and thinking of doing Msc CS.
I want to know will I be able to get a job in industry after Msc CS?
Plus, what are the chances of further education after Msc?

As far as I understand, MSc is Masters level, which comes AFTER Bachelors. And BSCS is BSc is Bachelors.
