ahh.. cooll.. but this would result in the creation of a national assembly seat for overseas pakis, which frankly speaking is rediculous.

Illegal but unfortunately in Pakistan dead people casts their votes too... So it won't be difficult to vote while living abroad until and unless you have a registered vote...

well! it is ofcourse illegal if you cast your vote like the dead people do... i've heard the americans can do it via some procedure, i just wondered whether we have such a thingy.
