Illegal but unfortunately in Pakistan dead people casts their votes too... So it won't be difficult to vote while living abroad until and unless you have a registered vote...

well! it is ofcourse illegal if you cast your vote like the dead people do... i've heard the americans can do it via some procedure, i just wondered whether we have such a thingy.
