NED VS NUST/FAST for BS(CS) and BSE ??

I've heard that software engineering degree of NED is a non-enginering degree , is it true ?

and hey one more thing , that is people are saying that fast is good to attempt for Software Engineering , here take a look at this http://jawab.pk/q/which-one-should-i-choose-bcs-or-software-engineering-and-which-university-is-good-for-that-in-pakistan/3614 , but they're just offering BS(CS) , so how am i supposed to get admission in BSE ?

I don't know about software degree specifically but NED is a very awesome university for engineering much better than FAST and NUST (in my opinion). And after NED comes NUST, do you know its relatively easy to get admission in FAST as compared to NUST and NED?

My honest suggestion for you will be to apply all these three universities and wait till u get the offer letter. You will have better idea then which one to go for.

P.S Asking people is not a good option as they will confuse you. Try to get advice by any teachers or professors

Yawr actually the thing is that i ain't got good marks so i'm not elligible of getting admission to anyone of these , but fast's elligibility criteria is a litlle flexible , they demand 50 % marks i think so i'll apply there INSHALLAH....otherwise i'll just go for Hamdard University by first attempting zero semester :/

Hey i just called every university right now , and they're saying that sorry admission nhi mill skta :'( is there any solution ?? i've got 54% marks in inter , in matric i've A-1 grade 81 % , so is there any way ??

Umer I guess admission dates must be closed, otherwise you can apply FAST,Air university, Comsats, GIk etc

no the dates will be again announced in december or january i think . Fast is saying that i'm not elligible of applying their i called them today and they said 60 % sy kum nhi letey .

Alright then u should search for other universities, unfortunately most of good universities have 60% criteria

Try UET, Bahria, Comsats, PIES etc.. u will get in one of them easily inshAllah

you mean UIT right ?? well they are also demanding 60%...Bahria too..what do you say about Iqara? i called them they said if you want to be software engineer then you will have to choose BS(CS) which is not recognised by PEC then after completing Bachelors degree i will have to attempt MS(CS) then i'll get engineering degree..there's one more option that is B.E (Telecommunication) , for that i'll have to attempt zero semster first then they will take a test and if i pass then i'll directly get admission to B.E (telecommunication) ..so suggest me what should i go for , i'm double minded that what should i choose. Choosing a profession is the hardest and stressing stage of my life...

I totally agree.. It is the one of the toughest decision of life but umer u have to take it by yourself. See this Comsats page, there are few courses with 50% eligibility http://www.ciitlahore.edu.pk/PL/admission.aspx. Otherwise Iqra is also not that bad. Trust your instincts and take your decision.

I applied in IQRA UNIVERSITY for BS(CS) , Iqra is ranked amongst top 4 private sector universities of Pakistan for business management and IT Sciences , lets see what happens do i pass the test or not !
