Yes . All famous malls i.e. Park Towers, Dolmen Mall etc. are open on Sundays ... However little changes in timings
...

btw, by shops you mean those in Gulf centre (in Clifton) or Zainab market (heard it's the best place to buy "traditional stuff/souvenirs"?

I avoid shopping on Sundays (Though I shop very rarely) because 1 the timings are different and other there is chance you won't able to buy side things from adjacent markets eg, If one is going to Saddar, one might also want to browse some cell phones etc from nearby Electronic Market which might be closed on Sundays ... Saturdays are better ...

I understand. See, the sad part is that you will mostly find men in Saddar in those electronic/cell shops, which makes it difficult for a woman to enter those markets. I always feel like exploring, but can't. Apart from that, those shops are mostly in the 'old city', with all those beautiful buildings and I am never allowed to go out and freely take some pictures :p

I didn't meant for specifically "Men's Electronic Market" but just a point some other similar place could be closed too.

Yes shops are open on Sundays even in zainab market and Gulf Centre =)

aww, thx Nabeha. It is good to be back! yeah, since most of the shops in forum, dolmin were closed on Sunday, but food court open, I ended up eating all kind of stuff and as result had food-poisoning :p
