Can we get equivalency from HEC too or is it just Federal Board?

The point I don't understand is HEC recognizes "Degrees" and the Boards either Federal or Provincial are for Intermediate and Matric level certificates ... Whats the point of the question again? if I am not wrong those are entirely separate bodies ...

I think you don't need one from HEC ... its for degrees, however should confirm it ...

Any graduate of an HEC-recognized institute can get their degree attested by HEC, either by visiting their Islamabad office or through OCS. In both cases should visit their website first. A list of HEC-recognized institutions is also on their website.

Sorry I don't understand this question. Isn't federal board recognized from HEC? Then If you are getting degree from federal board, then its like you are getting it from HEC too.
