Good question but unfortunately in Pakistan is not only a credit card or debit card option.
Many online Pakistani shopping stores allow you to place order and pay on delivery, easy paisa payments western union, money gram and e payments like paypal, payza and webmoney.etc
All above mentioned methods are simple and no need for special signup like credit card/debit card.

You can use credit or debit cards of Pakistani banks, just remember to ask them if they support international payments
