How can we educate our molvi?

HaroOn Dilshad | 12 years ago

Some say molvi's are most effective factor to induce sectism, unfortunately i observed the same.Working for the betterment of our national attitude,we usually forget molvi's the integral part.We may want to have an educated molvi but the thing is,does any one of you,for instance me,want to be a molvi who self praisingly are quite receptive,so go for engineering and MBBS etc.Molvi's are usually the elements in our society who are declared to be dunces, good for nothing.

In my view, root of our educational system is the cause that usually educated class dislikes Molvi's n vice versa.in past School and Madarsa was the same thing, creating harmony in the national conduct.Separating them,we are doing nothing but creating two different think tanks,a discord from the early growth of our youth's minds.Quoting Osama Afzal "we should have a subject in shcools in which proper islam should be taught ..> !"

well talking about the process that how can we....is scholarly and nobody even tried to exhibit oneself as a molvi, and still discussed; )You pointed out the solution while DISCUSSING!

I think you misunderstood what I said, what I said meant that people try to make religious comments/verdicts about matters without having requisite knowledge of the religion.
I never said that discussions are bad to solve issues, I didnt make any religious referral in the whole answer just gave the solution for correction of the system. Discussing the issues and reaching a solution is the first step towards solving the issue.

"we should have a subject in shcools in which proper islam should be taught ..>" THE point
HaroOn Dilshad | 12 years ago
The definition of "proper Islam" is different for everyone :)
Usama Hafeez | 12 years ago
However I do believe that "Thinking Skills" as well as "Emotional Intelligence" should be made compulsory at school level.
Usama Hafeez | 12 years ago
Why is it different,Where is the flaw causing it to be different,I wudnt have let anyone assume anything "different" about Proper Islam just because they believe in diversity of ideas if i were an authority!
