Add me. I have lots of contacts but then there's not this interesting way of connecting with them on Facebook anymore. Sure, we do see each other's pictures, but it doesn't reinforce talking, live communication the way Twitter does. I guess now, the premise is/should be, how to get people to talk and share as much stuff minus the creepiness and antiquity of a chatroom. That's why I tweet more.

Facebook is not a game that you get bored playing it ... Its a social networking platform helping YOU to get along with your buddies, which otherwise we tend to forget because of lack of contact.

But we do get bored with social networks, you have examples like orkut, Myspace, Friendsters etc. A new network is always there to find this opportunity and penetrate into market. In a way, social networking is also a game. People stay there only till there interest lasts, not contacts

I cant agree with you on this one as in my opinion although platform plays an important role BUT ultimately its your contacts and how you connect with them that counts as the MAIN thing.

Also, People switched from Orkut as thr was a better forum (FB) ... Similarly people will switch from FB when thr is another better forum available (that I cannot think of any for now) ...

@ Nabeha : I sorta agree wid you that we do get bored "at times", its when u take it as a fun thing but yea its not a game, its social networking site which is/cud be very useful.
And also at times I feel im spending to much time there =/

but Fb may seem boring may b bcz yr contact doesn't have interesting activities in their profile that make u want to log in to read more, or chat more with your friends. i think you also should try to start playing a new game, FB has a lot of fun, and it always has something new if u just searched :D

Count me in Please ... Reason is I'm having like 7 - 10 most idiotic friends in my facebook n I can't even delete them nor block cuz they are all my office's previous department colleagues... Thats the only reason, I rejoined Twitter about 8 months ago, n yesh I'm enjoying my life on Twitter.
However Facebook is much more secured (In terms of privacy) than Twitter. Sharing personal kinda stuff on twitter is not suitable at any cost ... :)
