How to Start a new blog? (Give detailed procedure including domain and site hosting, theme design etc...)

Domains like .com .net cost around Rs. 700/yr.. You can buy them from Dynadot if you have a credit/debit card or Paypal/Moneybookers.. Or you could use a Pakistani service like http://CreativeOn.com or Nexus. A .com.pk or .pk domain is more expensive and you have to buy a minimum of 2 years. Last I checked it was Rs. 2100/2 years

You can also get hosting from Nexus (you can see their rates on their site http://nexus.pk).. However if you just want to run a blog I recommend you use a free hosting service like http://freehostia.com - Its got no ads, you can host content on your .com or .com.pk domain for free! It ofcourse has some limitations but to run a blog its more than enough. Plus it has scripts feature using which you can install a Wordpress Blog in only a few clicks without any technical knowledge!

Theme designs, you have LOADS of them in Wordpress. Just have a look :)

I don't have experience there but from whatever I've seen, stay away from it! :P They know how to suck money. I was so surprised when I saw they charge the customer for parking their domains :S

c. Use smart JQuery and Ajax techniques
d. Introduce Great Articles
e. Make those articles perfect
f. Use Ads

Try Wordpress.com or blogspot.com, as u r doing it for the first time... They are easy and understandable to deal with!
