I have a domicile of Punjab, how do I shift to Sindh domicile?

i need sindh domicel due to my admission prosedure...its really urgent..its all about my bright future..i donot obey this process unlegally...i know there is some solution.

You can submit the Punjab Quota Domicile to that university, so you can get the admission in that univeristy.

domicile shows that you actually have ties to that district. either you are living there or you have property or land there.
