If someone Thumbs "up" for my answer, I'll gain hikmat points but what if someone thumbs "down" it? I'll lose the points?

Good question. I only know that if someone likes your answer/question and votes for it (+), then you get points. If someone dislikes your answer/question, s/he actually looses two points. Now, whether the person who wrote the answer/question also loose points, that I do not know. I can, however, offer you my two points by 'disliking' your this question? ;)
