Oh gosh! I'd do the same! And no chewing gum too! Gawd, I hate when I step on one. And it disgusts me when I see men spitting. I just want to puke right then and there.

yeah, probably not possible, but still an initiative can be taken, if not for all of them, at least for some of them.

And an easy way to do this is to make it obligatory to pay taxes and Zakat etc.
