If Your Body is Ill You Go to a Doctor.. If Your Spirit is Ill You Go to Whom???

how do you know the spirit is ill.. how do you know the spirit is even there...
maybe i am dumb and am unable to get it that Spirit is used as a metaphor.. even if i assume as such, then as a metaphor for what?

besides, if you are referring to the real spirit thingy and the 'self-perception' that it may not be in good shape then i advise you not to go to the spirit specialists. they know nothing of your spirit :/
as a matter of fact in my case, i dont know mine let alone somebody else to be knowledgeable to know mine and i dont search for it :|

One gets to know when the spirit is ill.No need for any of the metaphors then.And if one doesnt feel there's something ill with the spirit,two possibilities arise.1:the person is contented on the ill spirit.2:spiirit aint ill at all.Charge flows from lower to higher potential,when theres a potential difference lying midst.It doesnt even though potential difference exists when there's no contact between the ends.Like is the metaphor for what i said; )

Actually a perfect personality comes into being when all four elements of the human personality, i.e the Spirit, the Body, the Soul and the Mind are in perfect disposition. I would say that if the spirit IS ill, (as you've put it, cox I don't really think it is, if you are still able to think that it is, and wish to find someone to go to) then first of all may be you need to go to the mirror:-) Not only make friends with the man in the mirror, but also take a look at yourself, your features, marvel at their beauty and their perfection, this will automatically turn your thoughts towards their (Your) CREATOR, you'll want to thank HIM, to bow before HIM, and there, of course, the ultimate solution lies.
Also an important point, when it comes to Spirit, the relationships we have with other human beings in this world can help us understand our connection to the divine. The most important to address are those with our most significant other.
Meditation, dream diaries, therapy, or talking with good and supportive friends might be valuable too.
