Is it true that Google doesn't allow under 18 to use Google+ ?

I've got plenty of invites on Google+ but still it doesn't allow me to access it even i recieved a mail from google today which says you were in a waiting list and now your Google+ account is activated but still when i open the account it says "This feature is not available for your account.
You must be over a certain age to use this feature. Learn more."

age is not a big deal for that and secondly sumtyms forgein adress are more prefer than other...and yesh u must learn more:p

Yeah the same thing i'm wondering is that whats up with age thing , i mean i don't have to marry G+ i just want to have an account thats all :D

Why dun you try changing your year of birth ? it's not important to show your real age :P

Yes they have 18 below limit on Google+ but you can easily fake your age and make an account there. Just like all the kids do on fb :P

But once you enter your age then google doesn't allow to change it again , so i'm 17 ,i don't feel comfirtable with fake age :P and now if i'll make another account with fake age then again someone will have to send me invites , pehley e barri mushkilon sy milli theen invites :D
