i can only speak of what i heard and know. in corporate Philippines, it differs depending on what field. i heard that in TV and advertising, most do backbiting (spreading rumors), outright sabotage (like hiding your presentation files) and buttering up (flirting with the boss). some women even use their physical charms. (Astaghfirullah)
