Kidney and eye transplant,How awareness can be aroused in public?

islamic point of view is that it has conditions... and very feasible ones based on common sense... something which should be an obvious choice. but, the scholars have laid down the things to make em clear and unambiguous.

now lets hear from the <toont> who says its haram.. as in totally haram. and yup i am vocal coz thats probably the same person who said 'its a sin to believe that mankind stepped on the moon' or the one who said 'its haram to give adhan on loud speaker'.

there should be an organ donor field in the ID card! i'd like to have my liver kidney lungs heart eyes ermmm... whatever they could salvage from me body :D

I have never heard Kidney and eye transplant is not allowed in Islam. Rather, I believe Islam encourages it, as its like saving other lives. There is a verse in Quran which translates as " 'If you save one life, it is as if you have saved the whole of mankind".

While alive, one could donate such organs which might save someone's life without endangering yours. And whats the use of organs after death? And those may bring someone back to life. For such type of organ donation, like there is some kind of paper work required. Awareness can be created through media, as you pointed out. Plus, hospitals should promote this as well, they could held campaigns etc. Like, hospitals should use the help of media to create awareness.

I don't think so it is haram. It is totally illogical. U have problem and islam says consult doctors. Well we need to vanish this idea.
