I guess most of you guys have seen the leaked video of Amir Liaqat (with viewer discretion advised! :P )

The way he behaved off-air and the way he used abusive language was simply shocking for thousands of his viewers, Although I already believed him as the greatest actor and hypocrite! ;)

It says he officially joined ARY Digital Network as Executive of ARY's Religious TV channel. Not Executive Director!

Question would be: Were those channles aware of it all?

The whole incidence once again teaches us not to blindly follow what people tell us, but to question also. In this case the person was a so-called 'Alim'. We should read the Quran and Hadith first instead of gaining knowledge through secondary sources. I know many of us don't do that - I myself am working on it. May Allah guide us all, forgive us and lead us to the right path, Ameen.

Yes Geo and Ary digital are equally responsible for promoting Aamir Liaquat as 'Aalim'. Geo channel had this video from so long, why would they leak it now when he was at his peak on Ary? And if Ary digital know that his degree is even fake then atleast they should stop running his program and show some responsibility.
The truth is that sadly we trust anyone easily. We should have thought about Aamir Liaquat's worth before praising him. Anyone can not be entitled as Islamic scholar as this title comes with HUGE responsibility and I am literally shocked to see people who are still defending him, just because he is good at speaking..
May Allah always keep us at right track, Aameen
