then how would we highlight our weaknesses so that everyone of us could think about those? This can eventually change our behavior as citizens. Don't you think this (being best) cocoon doesn't let us see out of it and judge ourselves without any prejudice?

well,when union will be there,weaknesses wolud be highlighted by their ownself,bt crossing threshold of discord is the first prerequisite!
