Drink lots of water, water helps your body flush out toxic substances. Pls avoid anti-perspirant deo as they block your sweat pores which can be dangerous, use talc instead.

First, shower at least twice a day. One in the morning and one in the evening. Then, before you apply your perfume, powder your body. I mean it. That way, your perfume really does stick to your skin in a way that combines it with the powder and not directly on your body oils (sometimes, perfume + body oils stink). I hope you get what I mean. I got that from a teen magazine article. Bring around a handkerchief or a face towel and do not reapply perfume under the heat of the sun while you're sweating heavily. What else? Eat lots of fruits and drink lots of water. Too much solute and toxins in the body translate to body odor sometimes.
