This is a tough one to answer as anything cooked by our mom's would be loved by us. :) So, that would be my answer to your initial question. If, however, I had to just name one dish that stands out (as per your second question), then of course, it will not only have to do with her cooking abilities, but also my own taste and preference of dish (- the one I generally like). In my case, it is Nihari...I am sure if you ask anyone else who has had the chance to taste food cooked by my mom, that person's reply might differ. :)
