I don't think that there is rice research institute in Pakistan. Well!!! Pakistan is doing great in Rice manufacturing. Pakistan is among the top countries of rice exporters. The rice of Pakistan is much better than any other country. Research may be helpful in a better processing of rice. In fact, Pakistan is still using the traditional ways.

Oh, I'd be so much interested in those traditional ways. I suppose you mean to say the way rice is planted is still done in traditional ways? It could be that this is true in many areas, but since Pakistan was also hit by Green Revolution, I doubt that much of traditional way is left. I may be wrong since I have not yet done my part of research properly and that is why I can also not answer whether rice research is done in Pakistan or not, but it is difficult for me to imagine that rice research has been left ignored there.

RICE researched is carried out in NARC (national agriculture research council) which is in Islamabad.! and that comes under the pakistan agriculture research council. another institute rice research council kalashahkaku also carries out this research.! research is how to make rice more resistant to environmnt hazards , to improve quality through genetically engineering .! rice hamri agriculture income ka major area hy.! iss research ko local logo tk lanay k liy sohni dharti chanel , loocal fm stations aur pmphlits wagera design kiy jatay hain.! jo k agriculture extension graduates krty hain .! iss k ilawa hr agriculture university main like faisalabad agriculture uni , rawalpindi agriculture uni , sargodha agriculture institute, peshwar uni agriculture dpt multan agri dpt , mohinjodaro agriculture uni , and karachi main bhi there are hundreds of papers published based on rice agriculture and some of thm have been acknowledged international

now dilemma is economic problem during export. india main bhi pinjab unn ke economy ke backbone hy, tau jb rice export ki bari aati hy tau woh apny rupay ke qadar ko km kr dete hain jis ke waja se unn ke price km ho jati hy tau pakistan kun k phlay he economic crisis se guzar rha hy tau yeh apnay paisay ke qadar utni kam nahi kr patay jis ke wajah se india ke market sata hnay ke waja se zyada ho jati hy .!
