In 18th amendment of Constitution, it was decided to transfer more and more authority to the provinces and hence devolve Federal bodies into provincial bodies. So its a part of that, as some provinces felt they are oppressed of their rights.

However from my personal point of view, its very very foolish to dissolve a highly successful body that has earned our country a little respect worldwide and on which our hope of higher education is relying on ....
