Whats wrong if I call NWFP as KPK?

Well, I think this goes beyond right or wrong.
At the time when your province/country is facing the worst situation ever and you spend thousands of work hours, huge money (because the new name has to propagated everywhere, your ids have to be changed, your car number plates, govt. stationary and more) on what??? Changing name?? and why?? I call this ultimate waste of time and money and other resources AT THIS TIME
