You can find good titles in:
* Liberty Books (They have several outlets here in Karachi and you can check their website for more info)
* Oxford Pakistan
* Fazlee's @ Urdu Bazaar Karachi

If you are looking to buy online i know a good store they have huge variety like you can search on any topic, i often buy books through them because they provide imported books which are of good quality. Do take a look http://www.storemass.com/category/books-5/
