if you see democracy = casting vote, then yeah this is democracy. however effective democracies have a loose federation down to the town and city level, and a weak center.

Democracy will always fail in Pakistan unless we educate our people.When some half of the population is illiterate, you can expect them to consider factors like cast,economic and family status without scrutinizing the skills of the person.So people will always elect the wrong person and hence democracy will always struggle.

Fake Democracy cannot be successful in Pakistan as Sultanate is hidden in democracy.
