cause we are afraid of the punish received after our mistakes and its not essential that we everytyms learn from our mistakes and its better to learn from others mistakes and instead of making mistakes...

Because we humans are also afraid of failures. Every mistake reminds us of how we could have benefited if we didn't made that one mistake. We surely do learn from our mistakes but we are too weak to accept it as learning, we sadly always regret it.

If you fear to make a mistake then you lack confidence, bcz normally a confident person wud always try out new things and whenever you try something new, its never turns out good, it has some flaws & our lack of confidence doesn't want us to face the flaws.
we shud be confident, open, & shud explore life, that's how people learn in life.
