i can loose weight easily.. though i gain it with the same efficiency as well!
let me tell you my way... when ever i intend to shed some weight i change my menu... i still eat to the full and dont specifically supplement it with exercise (although exercise would help significantly)
problem in pak is that menu is predefined or atleast it is cooked so as everybody likes it. in such a situation the meals are typically fattening. i cook for myself here so all is in my control..
What NOT to eat:
rice, potatoes, beef, mutton, banaspati or desi ghee, butter, makhan, anything containing sugar (including soft drinks and cakes), Milk (the milk in pakistan its fatty), processed wheat flour (including double roti and naans), any thing excessively fried (like chips, pakoray, samosay, even fish), eggs
what can be eaten (in moderate amounts):
chicken (without the skin ofcourse), things cooked in sunflower oil,
what can be eaten (without bounds i.e. rajj ke khao)
daal (i like channa), lobya, mixed sabzi, fruits, spinach, low fat milk, brown bread.
with that i loose more than half a kilo on average per week.. if supplemented with outdoor games it can be even more. DONT think of reducing your food consumption, faqa zani its unhealthy.
hope that helps..
